These studies lay down the principles of prayer that must be understood and practiced by those upon whom the final blessing of the Holy Spirit will fall, during the full manifestation of the latter rain.
It is the latter rain that will give God’s people strength to give the final gospel warning to the world, and which will ripen their characters to pass the judgment and to remain faithful to God during the intense persecution that will follow the building of the Image to the Beast.
But this blessing will not be realized until God’s people learn to cooperate with Him in His work, and fully identify themselves with His ways. Then, having fulfilled the conditions, they will ask, and the gift will be given.
